Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Welcome to PredictEdge. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What PredictEdge is

PredictEdge is an informational analytics product that surfaces, scores, and summarizes publicly available prediction-market data. It is a research and monitoring tool only.

2. Not financial advice

PredictEdge does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any position. All content is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by scraping at scale, reselling data, attempting to breach security, or using the product for unlawful purposes.

6. Third-party data

Market data originates from third-party sources (such as Polymarket). We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredictEdge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on the information provided.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to your account email on file.
