This policy explains what data PredictEdge collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect as little as needed to run the product.
1. Information we collect
Account data: your email address, used for sign-in (magic link) and notifications.
Usage data: your watchlist, alerts, and generated briefs, so the product works for you.
Analytics: aggregate product analytics and error reports to improve reliability.
2. How we use it
To authenticate you, provide and personalize the service, send the alerts and briefs you request, process payments, and keep the product secure and reliable.
3. Service providers
We use trusted processors to operate the product, including Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI analysis), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Sentry/PostHog (monitoring and analytics). They process data only on our behalf.
4. Data retention
We keep account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, after which we remove it except where retention is legally required.
5. Your choices
You can update your watchlist and alerts in-app, unsubscribe from emails, and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including row-level security and encrypted connections, to protect your data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
